Quality management, a fundamental of Nyco’s culture

 

The aeronautic industry requires that all elements of the production and supply chain operate to levels of quality and performance that assure safe and reliable products.

 

NYCO, together with its manufacturing subsidiary STPC, are certified ISO 9001 since 2000. We operate our quality policy in accordance with the following principles :

·         Manage our organisation in a reliable way, through processes, procedures…

·         Manage and pilot our activity by focusing on performance and efficiency indicators, in order to achieve customer satisfaction

·         Focus on continuous improvement (process, safety, quality…) and implicate all our collaborators within this dynamic.

 

Our organisation and systems are audited frequently internally and externally.


Quality of our products, our major commitment

 

Thanks to our involvement in the military and aviation business, we have been committed, since the very beginning, to the highest quality standards (MIL-PRF, DEF-STAN, DCSEA, …).

We follow, control and ensure the quality throughout the overall development and manufacturing processes, from raw materials to finished products. We also ensure a total traceability of our productions.

 

Today, NYCO is recognized worldwide for the top quality of its products.

 

 

Safety and environment

 

STPC is certified ISO 14001 since 2007. Our program, aiming at minimizing the impact of our activity on the environment and reduce human risks, encompasses several action plan such as energy consumption mastering, recycling, waste reduction, employee implication…

NYCO also dedicates strong resources to Process safety (What-If and HAZOP studies), personal safety training…, in order to minimize the risks to an acceptable level.
