| | | Nyco has introduced in july 2010 two new hydraulic fluids, compliant with European Ecolabel requirement. Hydraunycoil EL 4630 (Iso VG 32) and Hydraunycoil EL 4640 (Iso VG 46) have been developped for mobile or stationary applications where loss in the nature may occur. | Turbonycoil 600 is now qualified against AS5780 SPC; the new « SAE International » standard that provides specifications of gas turbine lubricants; adopted by civil aviation authorities. This standard is taking into account inputs from engine and aircraft manufacturers, the main lubricants producers, as well as numerous governmental agencies such as French Army, UK Defence Fuels Group, QinetiQ, US Navy and USAF. The standard has also been sustained by the French Civil Aviation General Direction (DGAC), the CAA (Civil Aviation authority in UK) and the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration in the US). With this new qualificatin NYCO intends to reassert its mission consisting in offering the most advanced lubricant technology for Civil Aviation. June 2009 |
| | | Nyco introduces a new serie of high performance synthetic esters, NSF HX-1 registered, for use in lubricants with incidental food contact. Three products are immediately available: Nycobase 30401 FG, 30502 FG and 43203 FG. They provide solutions for the formulation of lubricants for the food industry, especially when high performances (extended drain interval, high lubricity and excellent thermal stability) are required.
